Change is the only constant, and it is with great joy and open arms that we welcome a monumental change here at Firebelly.
Meet Chantel Valentene: an empathic collaborator and soulful self-starter, fearless seeker and passionate leader — and Firebelly’s new Managing Director.
Inspiring future female leaders through G.E.M, a program she connected with through her collaboration with color positive.
Before we began our search, many questions loomed large.
Who would want to take the reins of a 22 year founder-led company? Who could take on a role that is equal parts left and right brain, and requires both design and business acumen? Who might be the right leader for who we are today and who we want to be tomorrow?
We were curious, and we were hopeful: with any change comes the opportunity for growth.
